Joseph Peterson appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment to Ap-pellee, the Commissioner of Social Security (“Commissioner”), in this 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) suit challenging the Commissioner’s final decision denying Peterson’s application for Supplemental Security Income (“SSI”) under the Social Security Act (“the Act”).
