This was an action by the State of Indiana against the appellant, charging him with the crime of unlawful and felonious transportation of intoxicating liquor in an automobile. There was a trial by jury, a verdict of guilty and the defendant was sentenced to the Indiana Reformatory for a period of not less than one nor more than two years and fined fifty dollars.

The assignment of errors is as follows: (1) The court erred in overruling appellant’s motion to suppress the evidence; (2) the court erred in overruling appellant’s motion for a new trial.
