Before the court is an Attorney Disciplinary Proceeding brought pursuant to Local Bankruptcy Rule 9029-4B.1 Attorney Al-Haroon Husain (“Mr. Husain”) is charged with violating applicable disciplinary rules by systematically altering documents, reusing debtors’ signatures, signing documents on behalf of clients and causing clients to sign incomplete documents.
