This is an original proceeding in this court by T. B. Slick and the Century Idemnity Company, to review an award of the State Industrial Commission made August 11, 1932, in favor of A. L. Wallace, claimant.

Said award recited that, on July 18, 1930, claimant was in the employment of respondent (petitioners herein) and engaged in a hazardous occupation subject to tile Workmen’s Compensation Law.
