The petitioner, a voluntary bankrupt, seeks to review the order of the district court denying Mm a homestead in land set out in his schedule as an asset. 105 Fed. 425. He is a citizen and resident of Tennessee, and is the head of a family. For many years he owned and occupied a small farm, valued at $1,000, wMch he claimed and held as a homestead under the homestead law of the state.
