Actions for damages arising out of an accident in which plaintiff Mrs. Leo Geislinger fell down a stairway in a two-story building owned and maintained by defendant, village of Watkins. Plaintiff Leo Geis-linger seeks reimbursement for medical expenses incurred.
The actions are based upon the claim that defendant was negligent in the maintenance of the building in that it permitted a separation and depression to exist between the second-story floor and the top tread of the stairway immediately adjacent thereto in which Mrs. Geislinger caught the heel of one of her…
