Plaintiff/appellant, Professional Occupational Therapy Services, Inc. (hereinafter Professional) appeals a judgment of the district court granting the exception of no cause of action filed by defendants/appel-lees, Ray Murray, Maurice Van Norman, Monica Van Norman and Kevin Halbrook (hereinafter Murray defendants).
