HUTCHESON, District Judge.

This is a suit by Hollie D. Paynter, as trustee in bankruptcy of the estate of L. C. Smith, in which it is sought to set aside a sale made under the power contained in a deed of trust *41executed on tlie 31st day of October, 1913, and renewed from time to time by M. D. Slator and L. C. Smith, who were joint owners of a tract o£ land of 17,500 acres in Webb and Zapata counties, Tex.
