for the Court:

¶ 1. Douglas Miller, appearing pro se, appeals the Circuit Court of Oktibbeha County’s dismissal of his motion for post-conviction relief. Finding no error, we affirm.

STATEMENT OF THE FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

¶ 2. In January 2008, an Oktibbeha County grand jury returned a two-count indictment against Miller for the sale of marijuana (less than thirty grams) and possession of marijuana (more than thirty grams but less than 250 grams).
