Action at law on a contract.
In 1955 Wisconsin Oil Refining Company entered into a contract with plaintiff, Henry G. Meigs, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Meigs”), to supply Meigs *889with asphalt of certain grades. Under the contract Meigs was to be sole distributor for the State of Wisconsin except for certain designated parts of the State.
Meigs claims that the Wisconsin Oil Refining Company defaulted on the contract. Meigs made a claim for $39,098.-05 damages and submitted a statement setting forth the computation of that amount.
