The plaintiff, R. 0. Manley, commenced this action in the district court of Bryan county against the defendant, St. Louis & San Francisco Railroad Company, for personal injuries alleged to have been inflicted by the defendant on the 11th day of January, 1917. Defendant at the time of the alleged, injury was in charge of a household shipment, which originated at Sulphur, Okla., destination at Durant, Okla.
