This is an appeal from a conviction of first-degree rape, C.R.S. 1963, 40-2-25(1)(b). We affirm.

The defendant, 21 years of age, was convicted of the first-degree rape of a 15-year old female. The facts offered at trial showed that the defendant had met the victim on July 4, 1970. Both the victim and defendant had been drinking. At the defendant’s insistence, the girl accompanied him for a ride in his automobile.
