Two questions are presented on this motion to dismiss the complaint: First, whether an emancipated minor may establish a domicile separate and apart from that of bis parent; and, second, whether the courts of this State will,- in their discretion, take jurisdiction of an action for personal injuries against a foreign railroad corporation doing business in this State, where the *451accident occurred in the State of New Jersey and where at the time of its occurrence plaintiff was domiciled in this State, but was a non-resident when the action was commenced.
