The Chancellor:
— On the 29th of Augúst, 1871, the defendant P. J. Sexton filed his original bill in this court against Alberti Inchiesa di Camerana, Joseph Berdanatti and Eugenie his wife, and Consul R. Bass. This bill alleged, in substance, that in April, 1871, Ella, the wife of "the defendant Alberti, died in Sumner county, Tennessee, possessed of 360 acres of land in said county.
