Costantino, Judge, entered on December 20, 1974, denying, without an evidentiary hearing, his motion pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255 to vacate the court’s judgment entered on February 16, 1973, convicting him of one count of an indictment charging him with bank robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a) based upon his plea of guilty entered on December 14, 1972.
