Wright, J.), entered on or about April 8, 2014, which granted defendants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint and all cross claims as against defendant Dan Pildes (Mr. Pildes), and dismissed the complaint as against Pildes of 83rd Street, Inc. (Pildes of 83rd) and Pildes of 83rd’s counterclaim, unanimously reversed, on the law, without costs, the motion denied, the complaint reinstated as against Mr. Pildes and Pildes of 83rd, and Pildes of 83rd’s counterclaim reinstated.
