Appeals (1) from an order of the Supreme Court (Best, J.), entered January 14, 1993 in Hamilton County, which denied motions by defendants Stafford Machinery Corporation and Norfolk Paper Company, Inc. to, inter alia, set aside a verdict in favor of defendants SP&D Transfer and SMX Transport, Inc., and (2) from the judgment entered thereon.
