DONALD RUSSELL, Circuit Judge:
The defendant-appellant, a practicing podiatrist, was indicted for submitting false claims for services not actually rendered to patients who were beneficiaries of the Social Security Medicare Program. 1 He was found guilty by a jury and sentenced by the Court. 2 He has appealed and assigns as error: (1) “Amendment” of the bill of indictment; (2) attempted impeachment of a government witness; and (3) sufficiency of the evidence. We affirm.
