On July 7th, 1899, the complainant, Mrs. McGuinness, filed a bill in the court of chancery against her husband, seeking a decree divorcing them a mensa et thoro, and awarding to her the custody of their children, and requiring him to provide suitable *382support and maintenance for herself and her children and to pay a proper amount for counsel fees during the suit.
