— These adversaries, close relatives, are engaged in a rather hitter contest over property of moderate value. They are the children of Benjamin Gaisford, deceased, and respondent is the executrix of his last will and testament.
The action was begun by the executrix to cancel and set aside a deed of a portion of the real estate and an option contract for the remainder, in Pierce county, owned by decedent and his wife, who had died about a year before his decease, in community.
