*502¶ 1 Dorothy Cobb (Cobb) appeals from an order of the Eighth Judicial District Court, Cascade County, that granted summary judgment in favor of Doreen Saltiel, M.D. (Dr. Saltiel). We affirm.

¶2 Cobb presents the following issue on appeal:
