Appeal from Monroe. (Joslin, J.) Bill filed by wife to restrain the sale of real estate claimed by her to satisfy a judgment against her husband. Defendant appeals from a decree granting the relief prayed for. The facts’ are stated in the opinion.

The bill in this cause was filled in the circuit court for the county of Monroe, in chancery, to restrain the defendant from selling certain real estate in said county to satisfy a j'udgment in his favor against Joseph C. Dull, the husband of. complainant, in a suit at law commenced by attachment in said circuit court.
The defendant filed his answer in the cause, admitting the levy of the attachment, and claiming that the property described in the bill was conveyed to the complainant by Joseph 0. Dull without consideration, and in fraud of cred*50itors. A general replication was filed, and the…
