MEMORANDUM OPINION

I. INTRODUCTION
This is an age discrimination case wherein Plaintiff Lisa Marconi (“Marconi”) contends' that Defendant Moon Area School District (“Moon” or the “District”) unlawfully denied her employment applications for entry level teaching positions in three successive school years, (i.e., 2010-2011; 2011-2012; and 2012-2018), in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”) and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (“PHRA”).
