On September 15, 1982, appellant-employee sustained an injury in an on-the-job accident. Appellant was treated by Dr. Banderas, a physician who was not a member of the appellee-employer’s approved panel of physicians. On October 20, 1982, appellant had fully recovered from her injury, and Dr. Banderas released her to return to work with no restrictions. Appellant contacted appellee in order to return to work, but was told that she had been terminated.
