The suit herein, commenced in the Court of Common Pleas for Lexington County, by Susie Gaillard Park Rush, a resident of Spartanburg, S. C., as plaintiff, against Sallie E. Kinsler, et al., defendants, was instituted for the foreclosure of a real estate mortgage executed by Edward Geiger.
