The plaintiff, a boy eight years old and lame, was injured while on Second Street in South Boston, by an automobile owned and driven by the defendant. In an action of tort to recover damages therefor the jury found for the plaintiff; and the only question raised by the exceptions is whether the presiding judge* should have directed a verdict for the defendant.
