This is an action by a grantor against her grantee for damages in the amount of eight thousand dollars, for failure to comply with the following covenant contained in the deed:

“In consideration of the sale of this property and for other valuable consideration, the grantee, for her heirs and assigns, agrees to construct and maintain a good and sufficient wall on the grantee’s above described property, running along the south property line separating the properties of the grantor and grantee, and to restore the grantor’s property to the original level.
