OPINION

DONALD H. STECKROTH, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter is before the Court upon a motion by Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corp. (“Chase”) seeking relief from the automatic stay. Frank Hannah, the Chapter 13 debtor (“Debtor”) opposes the motion and cross-moves for an order reclassifying the claim of Chase as an unsecured claim. The Court heard argument in the matter and instructed the parties to submit supplemental briefs on the issue whether a Chapter 13 debtor has standing to utilize the strong-arm powers of section 544(a) of the Bankruptcy Code.
