GRAHAM, Acting Associate Justice.
William E. Clark died testate, in the District of Columbia, on July 12,1895, He left, surviving him, Susan Frances Clark, his widow, James E. Clark, a brother, Pattie C. Stoekdale and Mary P. Logan, sisters, and Nat MeGiffin, Abner MeGiffin, John MeGiffin, and Emma C. McLean, nephews and a niece, children of a deceased sister, Sarah MeGiffin. By his will, which was duly probated in the District, he attempted to dispose of all of his estate.
