In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Diamond, J.), entered August 25, 2016, which denied her motion, in effect, pursuant to CPLR 3126 to preclude the defendant from offering into evidence at trial certain postac-cident photographs and a transcript of an interview of the plaintiff by the defendant’s insurer.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
