This is a premise liability action in which the trial court granted summary judgment in favor of appellee/defendant, Eugene Gentile Builders. We reverse.

Eugene Gentile Builders, a general contractor, was in the process of constructing several condominium units on the property of Palm Beach National Golf and Country Club, Inc. (“Palm Beach National”).
