Barney Graff, Ben Ettelson, Dave Ettelson, Fred Alexander and George Sameis were indicted for conspiracy to obtain by false pretenses the personal goods, funds, money and property of the amount and value of $1,500 of the Buffalo German Insurance Company, a corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of New York, and a large amount of personal goods, funds, money and property of the value of $1,500, the property of the Rochester German Insurance Company, of Rochester, New York, a corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State…
