{a) The bill prays specific performance of defendants’ written agreement to convey certain real estate to plaintiff or his nominee for $3,200.(b) Defendant liquidating trustees of the defendant insolvent building and loan association admit the written agreement to sell and convey but in their answer to the bill they set forth that a price higher than that offered by plaintiff was offered by another, subsequent to the execution of the agreement with plaintiff.
