Suit by Pete Elizondo against Frank S. Berlanga and Andres Martinez, Jr., for damages to his house which were incurred as the result of an automobile collision, when the automobiles being driven by Ber-langa and Martinez collided at an intersection, and thereafter the automobile being *759driven by Martinez struck Elizondo’s house.
