Plaintiff Metlife Capital Corporation 1 (“MCC”) brings suit against its excess liability insurer Westchester Fire Insurance Company’s (“Westchester”) for breach of an insurance contract. The parties agree that in this admiralty and diversity action, the law of Puerto Rico is applicable to the controversies presented. See United States Fire Ins. Co. v.
