Stated generally, the facts averred are that: D. O. Warren died in 1924. His widow, Alice McClure Warren, is the guardian and custodian of her children, Vernice and others named, who are minors and who are parties to this suit. Decedent owned a homestead estimated to be of the value of $10,000.
