*1341Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting her upon her plea of guilty of, inter alia, two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree (Penal Law § 220.39 [1]). To the extent that defendant’s contention that she was denied effective assistance of counsel survives her plea of guilty, we conclude that it is without merit (see People v Garner, 86 AD3d 955, 956 [2011]). Defendant received an advantageous plea, and “nothing in the record casts doubt on the apparent effectiveness of counsel” (People v Ford, 86 NY2d 397, 404 [1995]).
