PRITCHARD, Judge.

By its verdict, a jury found against appellants’ claim for lightning damage to a chimney on their farm home under a policy issued by respondent. Respondent is a county mutual company governed by Chapter 380 RSMo. 1978. By § 380.150 therein persons owning property in the county and becoming insureds thereon shall be taken as members of the company, and by § 380.170, each becomes liable as a member for the proportion of losses happening or accruing in and to the company.
