This case reached the 71st Judicial District Court of Harrison County, Texas, as an appeal de novo from a judgment of the County Court of Harrison County, which, after contest, admitted to probate a written instrument dated October 8, 1970, as the Last Will and Testament of Leola Melady, deceased.
