ORDER
COHN, District Judge.
The Bankruptcy Court issued Proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law regarding Bankruptcy Court jurisdiction over adversary proceedings proposing that the District Court find as a matter of fact that these adversary proceedings are related to the Maislin Bankruptcy cases and conclude as a matter of law that the District Court and the Bankruptcy Court have jurisdiction over them under 28 U.S.C. § 157 and § 1334.
