OPINION

{¶ 1} Kevin McKee appeals from his conviction and sentence in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court on a fifth-degree felony drug-trafficking charge.

{¶ 2} McKee advances three assignments of error on appeal. First, he contends the trial court should have sustained a pretrial suppression motion because police detained him without reasonable, articulable suspicion of criminal activity.
