On this date the Court considered Appellee’s Motion to Dismiss Appeal (docket no. 3). For the following reasons, the Court GRANTS the motion.

Factual and Procedural Background

Appellant Richard Colvin filed his Second Amended Complaint to avoid the transfer of a lien in favor of Appellee Amegy Mortgage Company (“Amegy”) against his real property on July 11, 2014.
