This was a suit on a lease to recover rent. The lease is as follows: After the preliminary clause: Witnesseth that the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of $25 to be paid by the said party *497of the second part to the party of the first part, per month, hath this day leased to the said party of the second part all the front room now occupied as a drug store, and ten feet square of the cellar under said house for the said sum of $25 per month for the drag store, and $2.50 per month for the cellar.
