The prayer of the applicants is that a writ of mandamus issue to Fred D. King, judge of the civil district court for the parish of Orleans, Division D, ■■commanding him to grant them a suspensive appeal from a certain order and judgment rendered by him in the matter of the Albert Maekie Grocery Company, Limited, v.
