Kip M. Kaler, Trustee in bankruptcy for James M. Craig, appeals the district court’s order dismissing his action to recover fraudulently conveyed property. The Trustee makes an assortment of arguments that there were fraudulent transfers of the Craig family’s residence and a savings account from James to his wife Anne, and that the assets should be placed in James’s bankruptcy estate.
