Plaintiff, Commonwealth Petroleum Co., appeals the district court’s judgment for defendant, Petrosol International, Inc., in this breach of contract action. For the following reasons, we affirm.

Petrosol, a wholesale marketer and distributor of petroleum products, acts as a middleman between gas line producers and gas distributors. Since it immediately resells the propane that it purchases, Petro-sol does not have its own storage facilities.
