MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
This matter is before the Court to consider confirmation of the Debtor’s First Amended Chapter 13 Plan proposed by Grady L. Sparks, III (“Debtor”), the Debt- or in the above-referenced case. Ronald E. Stadtmueller, Chapter 13 Trustee, objected to the confirmation of the Plan on the grounds that the Debtor is not applying all of his projected disposable income in the applicable commitment period of five years to make payments to unsecured creditors, in contravention of 11 U.S.C. § 1325(b)(1)(B). 1 At the conclusion of the hearing, the Court took the matter under…
