I. Introduction
Carey Transportation, Inc. (“Carey”) commenced an adversary proceeding against Greyhound Corporation (“Greyhound”) seeking an order directing Greyhound to indemnify Carey for a pro-rata portion of a settlement agreement, reached between Carey and the Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority (“TBTA”).
