REX D. DAVIS, Chief Justice.

Relators Kim Verbois and Steve Riggins ask this Court to issue a wit of mandamus against Respondent, the Honorable Bob Carroll, Judge of the County Court at Law of Ellis County. Relators request that we order Respondent to vacate temporary orders he has entered in a suit affecting the parent-child relationship filed against them by the Department of Protective and Regulatory Services (“DPRS”) which allegedly implicate their federal and state constitutional privileges against self-incrimination.
