This appeal arises out of defendant/appellee Laura Doan’s successful attempt to enforce a settlement agreement against plaintiff/ appellant Lawrence Hansen in this personal injury action.
The record discloses the following facts relevant to this appeal: On June 22, 2011, Hansen sustained severe injuries when the motorcycle on which he was riding was struck by the automobile Doan was driving.
